Please reach us at tony@delveforensic.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Your data is handled by a  New Zealand court recognised expert in digital forensics, previously employed with the New Zealand Police and having held top secret clearance. Your data can be located on a secure server protected by two factor authentication and access  log monitoring. If required an encrypted file can be provided for you to access from a secure device.

The software itself is free but there are there is time associated with data processing. The processing time is dependent upon the number of files containing call detail records and  the cross reference files being imported into the system. The processing time structure is as below:

  • one hour for case set up
  • one hour for every six call detail record tables being imported
  • one hour for every two cross reference files being imported
  • the rate for this activity is less than that of providing expert evidence.

If you wish to have a team viewing the data then it can be hosted on our server at for a monthly per seat fee.. Alternatively we can supply the file for your viewing on a  iPad for free, however this will limit the amount of reviewers able to access the data.

Delve Forensic can provide expert evidence on any of the material of interest to your case. This is a separate service, and is provided in conjunction with The Forensic Group (TFG).  Typically such evidence would be required around location information, and questions about the veracity and completeness of disclosed call detail records.

NetPulse can be accessed  through a web browser, or delivered via a file viewable on an iPad, Windows or Mac OS computer.  It is recommended that larger cases be viewed via a Windows or Mac OS Computer

AI requests are made to a private model in which none of requests or results are stored outside of NetPulse. Your information is kept completely confidential.

Once you have found the data of interest NetPulse can produce PDF reports containing the records and any comments associated with them.

Yes, NetPulse supports concurrent access by multiple staff members facilitating collaboration within defence teams.
